Solution
If you get the following or similar error from within webmail, please logout and then log back in using your domain name and NOT an IP address.
Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
Server replied: 550 Your server announces itself (#.#.#.#) with a plain IP address which is in breach of RFC2821.
