We are often surprised when a client tells us they have had a problem for several days. Please don't assume a problem you are experiencing is being worked on. Many problems are unique to single accounts and we are unaware of them until you advise us.
In addition to system monitoring tools, we are alerted when a server becomes unavailable by browser, but PLEASE tell us if you have concerns if your server seems slow or unusual in any way. It is better for us to troubleshoot while a problem is actively occuring as opposed to when it has become so degraded that it needs to be rebooted.
